Food artistry has always been a passion that continues to be a huge part of my life today.

My husband enlisted in the military in 1974 and we traveled to many places before being stationed in Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, DC in 1985.  I saw that there was a need for something special to honor our military forces and family.  Milk chocolate emblems with bright, beautiful foils were just what was needed. We continue to honor our military especially today, because being veterans ourselves we know the sacrifice all military families make. 

For almost 20 years, I made specialty cakes, homemade fudge and chocolate emblems.  When my husband decided to go into the Air Force Reserves, we chose to move closer to family in Ohio.  I continued to pursue this passion for food, but also expanded into catering.  Some of the events were for over 2000 people in one night.  I have over 49 years experience in baking, catering and restaurant management.

When my husband retired, we decided to move closer to our grandchildren in Wilmington, NC in 2009.  My passion and love for food and design did not diminish, but it was put on the back burner (no pun intended), to help raise our grandchildren.  Now, my four grandchildren have encouraged me to share my gift of creative food design with others.  I want to share my passion with you and your family. We prefer to have the flexibility of being able to offer a variety of products.  When trends change we can offer what the customer wants and not be restricted by a franchise.  By offering customized cookies, cupcakes, cakes, cookies and cupcake bouquets.
